Café at West Hills

With convenient hours of operation, the West Hills Café offers health-conscious, nutritious menu choices for our patients, guests and staff. The menu features hand-tossed salads, worldwide cuisine and vegetarian, vegan and wellness dining options.

The hospital dining room and nearby vending machines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Café Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday:

  • Breakfast: 7 am - 9:15 am
  • Lunch: 11 am - 2 pm
  • Dinner: 6 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • Breakfast: 7 am - 9:15 am
  • Lunch: 11 am - 1:30 pm
  • Dinner: 6 pm - 7:30 pm

Chapel/Serenity Room

The hospital chapel/serenity room is located on the first floor next to the Administrative Offices. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to use this space for prayer and meditation. If you would like to speak with a spiritual advisor, please ask your nurse.

MyHealthONE

For existing UCLA West Valley Medical Center patients, MyHealthONE is a patient portal that helps you manage your health easily and securely, right from your phone, tablet or computer. View lab results, physician notes, imaging reports and share your records with a physician or caregiver.

Pet Therapy

We have 4 registered therapy dogs that come to visit patients on a weekly basis, bringing with them a touch of companionship.

Security Escort

Security escort to your parked car is available upon request at the lobby information desk.

Telephones

For our visitors, public telephones are located in the Emergency Department waiting room and are equipped with amplification for the hard of hearing. The public telephone has TTY capability and is handicapped accessible.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are available in open areas and conveniently located in the:

  • 1st floor dining room outside of the West Hills Café
  • ICU waiting area
  • Emergency Department waiting area

Waiting Areas

Family members waiting for surgical patients should wait in the surgery waiting room on the 2nd floor. All visitors are welcome to use our lobby, café and dining area.

Wireless Internet Access

We offer complimentary wireless Internet access for guests and visitors. Simply open a browser on your personal mobile device or computer and access our special guest-only login.
